Welcome to my Fitness page. Fitness is such a broadly used word. It can reach from gentle recovery and stretching to high impact and high intensity. For women training should be planned along their current live situation.
Working with me, we will start wherever you are and set up a programme that suits you.
I can also help you with specialized postnatal recovery.

Personal Training

Personal Training is right for you, if you really want to reach your goals and your willing to work on your nutrition and your fitness level. All sessions are 45 min long and will be held in my studio or in a local park.

I also offer virtual live training and I offer an english online Fitness training via a facebook group.


Specialist for Core and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation


I offer specialized training for rehabilitation of Diastasis Recti, C-Section recovery and pelvic floor related issues.

Healing those conditions should have a holistic approach. This means we will be looking at your breathing, your posture as well as your nutrition and we will build an exercise programme that’s individual for your situation.

Individual Training 1:2:1 or in small groups of 2 or 3 people

Diastasis Recti Rehabilitation

Individual designed course for the rehabilitation of a Diastasis Recti. I will combine massage, taping and exercises to help you.

Non invasive support for stability and support

Postnatal Recovery Class

A 10 week course for the new mums, to strengthen your pelvic floor and core muscles the right way from the beginning.

C-Section Aftercare

For your C-Section recovery I will be using my knowledge from being a soft tissue therapist as well as my knowledge as Postnatal Coach.

Pelvic Floor Course

8 Week Class to help you regain your strength of your pelvic floor. The course concept is from SuperMamaFitness and is according to §20. Therefore it can be substituted by German Health Insurance.
