I offer bespoke Personal Training as well as the very successful Holistic Core Restore® programs. With all my offers I am following a holistic approach.

Personal Training

Personal Training is right for you, if you really want to reach your goals and your willing to work on your nutrition and your fitness level. All sessions are 45 min long and will be held in my studio or in a local park.

I also offer virtual live training and I offer an english online Fitness training via a facebook group.
