Very common for women after having a baby is that they are left with a diastasis recti. This is a weakened and dysfunctional belly wall, which often goes along with stress incontinence, low back pain and the mummy tummy/doming of the muscles.

Often mums get told to avoid certain exercises, but it is also important to take a more holistic look at this. Hydration, Nutrition and your breathing patterns play an important role in the healing process.

If you think you are suffering with a diastasis, why not book a PT session with me and we’ll do an individual check up and see which of my offers suits your needs best to get you on the road towards healing.

Looking forward to hearing from you, Dori
