Over 12 weeks participation in the Diastasis Recti Rehabilitation Course
This picture shows one of my clients at 9 months postpartum as a baseline. Unhappy with the shape of her abdomen, 4 finger wide diastasis recti.
Same client after 12 weeks. Client has a live appointment every 2 weeks (online or in person). Also she has short homework that she does independently on a regular basis.
After 12 weeks, her abdominal curvature has improved significantly, she can target her pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles.
Same client after 6 months.
After completion, she continues to train with me and participates in group fitness classes.
