What does Dori stand for?
DORI stands for holistic fitness and massage for women in every phase of life. General fitness, pregnancy, postnatal phase up to the menopause and beyond.
With me you are right if you want to do something for your health and are ready to work on your diet and lifestyle, as well as your fitness. Together we will achieve your individual goals.
What do I offer?
Fitness
I have a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Management (Germany) and graduated in 2009. During my university I worked three years in an orthopaedic sports rehabilitation facility. After having my own three kids, I specialised in Women's Fitness from Pregnancy all the way through Menopause and beyond.
Massages
I am a Level 3 Certified Sports Massage Therapist (United Kingdom) and also have a certificate in Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage and Remedial Therapy.
